War Correspondent
The film captures the “sound of war” as it is conveyed to radio listeners by war radio correspondent Martin Dorazín in reports filmed directly at the conflict sites. Radio correspondents do not work with images, but instead convey information and emotions through sound and voice. The documentary observes how the reporter works with the audio medium, combining interviews, situations, and sound details to achieve the intended form of the message – the image of war in the ears and minds of his listeners.

The highest gear (in slang, ‘flat six’) is the moment when a bike is pushed to its limits, where the racer rides at the highest gear going at maximum speed. What are people willing to sacrifice in pursuit of their passion? To the everyday individual, this could be energy, time, or money. However, there are individuals that are willing to pay the ultimate price. Kamil Holan is one of them. Not just a thrill seeker, but arguably one of, if not the best, current Czech TT racers. He wins the hardest races, riding at speeds of more than 300kph in some of the most dangerous road racing events in the world. The question is, who is this man who risks so much?

Art Talent Show
The Academy of Arts (AVU) in Prague holds entrance exams every year. At three different studios, the film observes a demanding challenge the teachers are facing: how to find the chosen ones in the crowds of applicants, the new talents who will be given opportunities to form the art world in the following years? The talent test eventually becomes an art as such. A layered, observational documentary which presents a portrait of an institution and a light generational statement in one.
